Garlic and chilli prawns



Garlic and chilli prawns


Treat your guests to wonderful flavours in this stunning Spanish recipe.


Ingredients 

 80ml (1/3 cup) extra virgin olive oil
 800g medium green prawns, peeled leaving tails intact
 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
 2 long fresh red chillies, halved lengthways, seeded, thinly sliced
 2 tablespoons fresh continental parsley leaves

Method 

Step 1
Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook half the prawns, half the garlic and half the chilli for 2-3 minutes or until the prawns are just cooked through. Add half the parsley. Toss to combine. Season with salt. Transfer to serving platter.
Step 2
Repeat with the remaining oil, prawns, garlic, chilli and parsley.
