Baby Red Potatoes with Garlic

A good side dish. Looks nice and colorful plus it smells and tastes good. It must be the GARLIC !! Yum.


  • 10 baby red potatoes
  • 1/2 bulb of garlic
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of EVOO
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • frying pan with cover

Wash the 10 baby red potatoes.
1/2 bulb of garlic... take off the skin.
Smash all the garlic.
Put the EVOO in the frying pan and heat for a few seconds.
Add all the garlic.
Let the garlic cook until it has some color.
Take garlic out of the frying pan and put aside for now.
Leave the EVOO in the frying pan.
Put the baby red potatoes into the frying pan that has the EVOO in.
Cover the frying pan that has the potatoes in and cook on low flame.
Every few minutes turn the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Continue to turn the potatoes until they are cooked. Put a knife into the potatoes to see if they are soft.
If the potatoes are soft take them out of frying pan and put them into a dish.
Place the fried garlic on top of the potatoes and toss them.
Server and Enjoy !!
