Russian Cucumber & Radish Salad

Ingredients:

• 2 medium Lebanese cucumbers, sliced thinly into rounds
• 6-8 small to medium radishes, sliced thinly into rounds
• 2 spring (green) onions sliced thinly
• 1/2 cup light sour cream
• 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped finely
• salt & pepper to taste

Method:

Combine all ingredients until the salad vegetables are coated evenly. Serve immediately.
