- 2 medium Lebanese cucumbers, sliced thinly into rounds
- 6-8 small to medium radishes, sliced thinly into rounds
- 2 spring (green) onions sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped finely
- salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients until the salad vegetables are coated evenly. Serve immediately.
