Baked Small fish



Ingredients


  • 1 kg small fish
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Oregano

Directions


  1. Clean the fish, remove heads, wash and drain.
  2. Place the fish in a baking pan, add lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and bake in medium heat for 25 minutes.
